Broccoli guacamole

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Broccoli; cooked and chopped
¼ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup Cheddar cheese; grated
1 teaspoon Green onion; minced
¼ teaspoon Curry powder
¼ teaspoon Salt
Squeeze lemon juice

Puree in blender. Chill

Serving Ideas : Serve with corn chips and/or assorted vegetables.
