1 teaspoon | Cinnamon |
2 cups | Pecans |
2 teaspoons | Lemon flavor |
2¾ pounds | Flour |
2 teaspoons | Baking powder |

STEP TWO
~- THESE COOKIES TAKE TWO DAYS TO MAKE !! -- Bring Step One ingredients to boil; do not cook. Then set aside until cold.
When cold add Step Two ingredients. Let stand overnight. In the morning roll out on floured board to ⅛-inch thick and cut out with round cookie cutter.
Bake at 375ø F. for about 10 minutes.
