Boiled raisin cupcakes

| 1½ | cup | Raisins(rinsed in water) |
| ¼ | cup | Margarine |
| ½ | cup | White sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 | Egg slightly beaten | |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cloves |
| ½ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ½ | cup | Raisin water |
Directions
Put washed raisins in a pot, cover with water & simmer 20 min. Strain saving ½ cup raisin water. Cream sugars and margarine, add beaten egg. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with raisin water. Fold in raisins and fill muffin cups ⅔ full, bake 350 oven about 20 minutes.
