Bluenose strawberry soup

2 cups Sliced strawberries
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Half and half
¼ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Brandy
½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
\N \N Extra sliced strawberries
\N \N And mint sprigs

Blend strawberries, sour cream, half and half, sugar, brandy and vanilla until smooth, about 30-45 seconds. Serve in chilled cups and garnish with sliced strawberries and mint sprigs.
