2 tablespoons | Garlic, finely chopped |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
⅛ teaspoon | Nutmeg |
6 ounces | Blue cheese |
2 slices | White bread, coarsely |

Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, spices and ½ cheese. Simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350F 35-40 minutes until potatoes are fork tender and top is browned.
