Ingredients

½poundsVelveeta cheese
1pintHalf and Half
1pack(4.5-oz) shredded Cheddar cheese
1Stick butter or margarine
1pack(2 pound) frozen hash brown potatoes

Directions

Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350ø. Yield: 8 servings.
