Measure | Ingredient |

½ pounds | Velveeta cheese |
1 pint | Half and Half |
1 pack | (4.5-oz) shredded Cheddar cheese |
1 \N | Stick butter or margarine |
1 pack | (2 pound) frozen hash brown potatoes |
Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan. Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish. Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350ø. Yield: 8 servings.
