Blue cheese deviled eggs

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
12 Hard-Boiled Eggs
½ cup Blue Cheese; crumbled
½ cup Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Vinegar

Halve eggs lengthwise, remove yolks. Mash yolks with cheese, add sour cream and vinegar. Refill egg whites. Put two filled halves together, cover with saran wrap until ready to serve.
