Blue buck cakes

1cupAM Blue Cornmeal
1cupAM Buckwheat Flour
¾teaspoonSea salt (optional)
tablespoonNon-alum baking powder
2cupsMilk or soymilk
teaspoonUnrefined Vegetable Oil
½cupBlueberries

Directions

Mix dry ingredients and liquids separately. Stir mixtures together just until lumps disappear. Pour batter onto hot, oiled griddle, turning once. Serve hot with your favorite sweetener.
