Quick buckwheat cakes

Measure Ingredient
¾ cup Flour; buckwheat
¾ cup Flour; white
3½ teaspoon Baking powder
1¾ cup Milk; sweet
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 each Egg
3 tablespoons Shortening; melted
