Blackberry cobbler (driscoll)

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Fresh blackberries
¼ cup Flour
1¾ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 cup Packaged Biscuit Mix
2 tablespoons Sugar
½ cup Milk or Water
1½ teaspoon Sugar

Description: Butter an 8x8 baking pan. Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Dot with butter.

Mix buscuit mix, 2 tbls. sugar and milk or water. Pour over fruit mixture. Top with 1½ tsp. sugar. Bake at 425 F uncovered for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
