Black eyed beans with basil sambuca dressing

Ingredients

Juice of 1 lemon
1teaspoonBalsamic vinegar
2tablespoonsSambuca liqueur
2tablespoonsFresh basil, chopped
1teaspoonBlack pepper ---------SALAD------------
2cupsCooked black eyed peas
½eachWhite onion, chopped
½eachRed bell pepper, diced
¼cupChopped fresh basil

Directions

Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix with sald ingredients & rest at least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
