Black eyed beans with basil sambuca dressing

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each Garlic clove, minced
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Sambuca liqueur
2 tablespoons Fresh basil, chopped
1 teaspoon Black pepper ---------SALAD------------
2 cups Cooked black eyed peas
½ each White onion, chopped
½ each Red bell pepper, diced
¼ cup Chopped fresh basil

Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix with sald ingredients & rest at least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
