Black eyed beans with basil sambuca dressing

| 2 | tablespoons | Sambuca liqueur |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fresh basil, chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper ---------SALAD------------ |
| 2 | cups | Cooked black eyed peas |
| ½ | each | White onion, chopped |
| ½ | each | Red bell pepper, diced |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped fresh basil |
Directions
Combine ingredients for dressing. Mix with sald ingredients & rest at least half an hour before serving. Season if desired.
