Tuscan white beans with sage

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Olive oil, divided | 
| 2 | ounces | Prosciutto or pancetta, chopped fine | 
| 1 | small | Onion, sliced | 
| 3 | Garlic cloves, crushed | |
| 8 | Fresh sage leaves, chopped | |
| 2 | cans | Cannellini beans, rinsed and drained | 
| Salt to taste | ||
| Pepper to taste | ||
| Fresh sage for garnish | ||
Directions
In a small skillet heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and saute meat, onion and garlic 8-10 minutes, or until onion is tender. Stir in sage and cook 1 minute. Add beans and remaining olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and toss gently, taking care not to break the beans. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with sage.
