Black bean stroganoff

12 | ounces | Egg noodles, medium |
2 | tablespoons | Butter or Margarine |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
1 | pounds | Beef, boneless cut in thin strips |
1 | small | Onions chopped |
1 | cup | Sour cream |
¼ | cup | Black Bean Sauce |
¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper, ground |
⅛ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | cup | Parsley minced |
Directions
Cook noodles as package directs; drain and keep warm. Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon butter and vegetable oil in large skillet over high heat. Add beef; saute 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet. Melt remaining 1 tablesppon butter in same skillet. Add onion; suate 2 minutes, or until tender. Mix in beef, sour cream, black bean suace, pepper and salt. Heat through. Remove from heat; stir in parsley. Serve over noodles.
