Black bean spirals

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Softened cream cheese
1 cup Shredded monterey jack -
\N \N With jalapeno peppers
½ cup Sour cream
¼ teaspoon Onion salt
1 cup Canned black beans, rinsed&
\N \N (drained)
3 \N Flour tortillas (10 inch)
\N \N Salsa

Mix cheeses, sour cream and onion salt with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Place beans in blender or food processor container fitted with steel blade; cover. Blend until smooth. Spread thin layer of beans on each tortilla; spred cheese mixture over beans. Roll tortillas up tightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into ½ inch slices. Serve with salsa. Garnish, if
