Black & white bean salad

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Red onions; finely chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | Olive or Vegetable Oil |
| ⅓ | cup | Red Wind Vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped Red Pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Minced Parsley |
| 2 | cloves | Garlic, Minced |
| 2 | tablespoons | NutraSweet (r) Spoonful (tm) |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | cup | 15 oz. Great Northern Beans, Rinsed and Drained |
| 1 | cup | 15 oz, Black Beans, Rinsed and Drained |
Directions
Saute Onions in oil until crisp-tender in a medium skillet; Remove from heat and cool until warm. Stir in vinegar, red pepper, parsley, garlic, NutraSweet (r) Spoonfull (tm), salt and pepper.
In a serving bowl put the beans, (both types) and pour the onion mixtrue over them. Mix well and serve.
