Bitter greens salad

| ½ | Bunch arugula | |
| 1 | small | Head radicchio |
| ¼ | cup | Bottled Italian style |

Directions
Wash and dry greens under cold running water. Remove and discard stems from all greens. Dry greens well. Place radicchio on serving platter. Tear greens into bite size pieces; place on top of radicchio. Just before serving, pour the Italian style dressing over salad and toss.
