2cupsMayonnaise
½poundsCabbage -- shredded

Directions

Combine sugar with vinegar, oil, and salt until sugar is dissolved.

Add mayonnaise and mix well. Pour over cabbage and stir to combine.

Chill well. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
