Bill's amaretto french toast

Ingredients

| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
| 1 | cup | Milk; skim okay |
| 4 | tablespoons | Dark brown sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon; more to taste |
| 1 | dash | Salt; optional |
| 2 | tablespoons | Amaretto |
| 4 | slices | Bread*; thick slice |
Directions
*ABM Italian sliced thick works well.
Beat eggs lightly; add other ingredients except bread and beat well.
Soak bread slices in mixture and cook on grill or skillet. The brown sugar tends to caramelize which adds excellent flavor but be careful not to scorch. Good with bread cut into sticks.
