Yield: 16 Servings
|1||Stick melted butter|
|½ cup||Finely chopped nuts|
|8 ounces||Cream cheese; softened|
|1 cup||Powdered sugar|
|1 cup||Cool whip or whipped cream|
|1||Box (3.5-oz) instant chocolate pudding mix|
|1||Box (3.5-oz) instant vanilla pudding mix|
Mix butter, flour and nuts and pat into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and cool. Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over first layer. Beat remaining ingredients and spread over second layer. Spread top with Cool Whip or whipped cream. Just before serving, decoate with additional chopped nuts and shaved chocolate.
