Best: green beans gremolata

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Green beans, trimmed
1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon rind, grated
1 \N Garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon Extra-virgin olive oil
\N \N Salt
\N \N Pepper

In saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook green beans for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain well Combine parsley, lemon rind and garlic; toss with beans along with oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
