|1 pounds||Green beans, trimmed|
|1 tablespoon||Fresh parsley, chopped|
|2 teaspoons||Lemon rind, grated|
|1 \N||Garlic clove, minced|
|1 teaspoon||Extra-virgin olive oil|
In saucepan of lightly salted boiling water, cook green beans for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain well Combine parsley, lemon rind and garlic; toss with beans along with oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
