Beer fish sauce

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Catsup (use a Hot Sauce like Kerns)
¼ cup Beer
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish

Combine all ingredients. Chill and serve with fish. Makes 1-½ cups.
