Beef satay marinade

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Lemon, juice of
2 \N Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
⅓ cup Soy
2 teaspoons Peanut oil
½ teaspoon Black pepper
½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes or vietnamese red chile sauce
¼ cup Coconut milk
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Fish sauce

Marinate thinly sliced meat (like flank) for several hours. Put on skewers and grill over hot coals until browned. Goes well with hot mustard, peanut sauce or nuoc cham (that's cham--not mam).
