Beef enchilada casserole

| 1 | pounds | Can refried beans |

| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |

| ⅓ | cup | Taco sauce |
| 19 | ounces | Can enchilada sauce |
| 1 | Dozen corn tortillas | |
| 10 | ounces | Cheddar cheese, grated |
Directions
Saute beef and onions; drain. Stir in beans, salt, garlic powder, and taco sauce. Heat until bubbly. Add enchilada sauce. In a separate fry pan, pour in enough oil to about ¼" and heat. Soften tortillas, one at a time, by quickly dipping in hot oil, turning, and draining on paper towels.
In a 3 quart casserole, make layers of tortillas and meat sauce. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until heated through.
