Cheesecake ( honey )

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
16 ounces Cream cheese, softened
2 \N Eggs
1 cup Sour cream
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
⅓ cup Honey
2 \N Egg yolks
1 tablespoon Grated lemon peel crust--
1¼ cup Flour
½ cup Walnuts, ground
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
⅓ cup Honey
⅓ cup Butter, melted

Blended cream cheese with honey until smooth. Beat in eggs and egg yolks. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Turn into prepared crust and bake 300 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Drizzle with additional honey over top of cheesecake.

Crust: Combine flour, round walnuts and cinnamon. Add honey and melted butter. Mix well. Press into 8" springform pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
