Beans & eggs

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 ounces Sausage links -- cut in 1/2\"
\N \N Cubes
¼ cup Onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1⅔ cup Beans
¼ cup Catsup
¼ cup Water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Basil -- crushed
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
6 \N Eggs
1 \N Avocado -- sliced, opt
1 \N Orange -- peeled,sliced,opt

Brown sausage; remove from pan. Saute onion in oil. Add beans, sausage, catsup, water, and seasonings. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.

Cook eggs as desired. Arrange bean mixtureon platter with eggs, avocado and orange. Makes 6 servings.
