|1 pounds||Ground beef|
|1 large||Onion, diced|
|2 cloves||Garlic, minced|
|½||Green bell pepper, diced|
|½||Red bell pepper, diced|
|2 cups||Canned no salt added tomatoes|
|1 cup||Cooked kidney beans|
|½ teaspoon||Chili powder or to taste|
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 1½-qt. baking dish with Pam. Brown meat in a medium size skillet; drain off fat. Ad onion, garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add beans and chili powder.
Spoon mixture into baking dish. Cover and bake 1 ½ hours. Remove cover. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
