½Green bell pepper, diced
½Red bell pepper, diced
2cupsCanned no salt added tomatoes
1cupCooked kidney beans
½teaspoonChili powder or to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 1½-qt. baking dish with Pam. Brown meat in a medium size skillet; drain off fat. Ad onion, garlic, bell peppers and tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add beans and chili powder.

Spoon mixture into baking dish. Cover and bake 1 ½ hours. Remove cover. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve hot. Makes 6 servings.
