Basic freezer ice cream

Ingredients

4Eggs
3cupsSugar (or less)
2teaspoonsVanilla
3cans(16-oz) evaporated milk
1cupMilk
3cupsPeaches or other fruit; optional

Directions

Beat eggs & sugar until frothy & mixed well. Add milk & mix well. Add vanilla. Pour into electric freezer & freeze. Yields 3 quarts plain or 1 gallon with fruit.
