Basic freezer ice cream

Ingredients

4 | Eggs | |
3 | cups | Sugar (or less) |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
3 | cans | (16-oz) evaporated milk |
1 | cup | Milk |
3 | cups | Peaches or other fruit; optional |
Directions
Beat eggs & sugar until frothy & mixed well. Add milk & mix well. Add vanilla. Pour into electric freezer & freeze. Yields 3 quarts plain or 1 gallon with fruit.
