Barbecued oysters with oriental barbecue sauce

Measure Ingredient
8.00 \N oysters; cleaned, popped open
2.00 cup ketchup
1.00 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1.00 tablespoon brown sugar
¼ cup worcestershire sauce
2.00 tablespoon soy sauce
1.00 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1.00 tablespoon minced garlic
1.00 tablespoon minced ginger
1.00 bunch scallions; grilled

Place oysters in shells on grill. Mix next 8 ingredients in a bowl.

After 3 to 4 minutes, remove top shells of oysters and spoon on sauce. Let cook one minute. Garnish with grilled scallions. This recipe yields ?? servings.
