Banana strawberry sundae^

Ingredients

4 Very ripe bananas
12 Frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon No sugar added jam or
Preserves
¼ cup Grape Nuts

Directions

Peel banana, wrap in plastic and freeze 24 hours. Remove from freezer and break into thirds. Let banana pieces and strawberries thaw 5-10 minutes to soften slightly.
