Banana spice cupcakes

| ¼ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
| ½ | cup | Crisco |
| ½ | cup | Plus 2Tbsp. sugar |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| ¾ | cup | Mashed bananas |
| ¼ | cup | Mashed bananas |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Lemonjuice |
| 1 | cup | Confectioners sugar |
Directions
BANANA FROSTING
Mix all ingredients together, spoon into paper lined muffin pan and bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
Cool completely and frost with banana frosting (following) Sorry I didn't have the yield marked down.
