Banana french toast

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 Egg whites; whipped
½ cup Skim milk; at room temp.
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
¼ teaspoon Cloves
½ cup Bananas; mashed
4 slices Bread

In a shallow bowl, combine egg whites, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and bananas. Dip bread slices into the mixture and place on heated skillet and cook until browned on one side, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Turn over and cook about 2 to 3 minutes more on other side. Repeat with remaining mixture.
