Baked smoked chicken apple sausage with cider sauce

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Apple cider
1 \N Bottle lager beer or ale
½ cup Chicken stock
½ cup Firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 \N Links AidellsĀ® smoked chicken and apple sausage; sliced 1-inch thick

Bring cider, lager and stock to a boil in a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil about 8 minutes. Whisk sugar, vinegar and mustard in a small bowl until reduced to 2¼ cups, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375° F. Place sausages in a baking dish and spoon over the sauce. Bake until sausage is heated through, about 15 minutes. Serve.
