Baked mustard chicken (easy) - sl 1/87

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Chicken breast halves; skinned
¼ cup Spicy brown mustard
½ cup Italian-flavored breadcrumbs
¼ cup Butter or margarine; melted
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Water or white wine
\N \N Paprika

: Brush chicken with mustard, and dredge in breadcrumbs. Place in a 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.

: Combine butter, lemon juice, and water; drizzle 1 tablespoon over each piece of chicken, and pour remainder in dish. Cover and bake at 350 F degrees for 45 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with paprika, and bake an additional 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings.
