| Milk to 2 cups (with eggs) | ||
| 4 | ounces | Cheddar cheese..grated |
| 4 | ounces | Mozerello cheese..Optional |
| 1½ | cup | Elbow macaroni |
| Salt & pepper and marg. | ||
Directions
Beat eggs in 2 cup measuring cup - add milk to make 2 cups.
In Corning ware dish...layer noodles, grated cheese, salt/pepper and 2 or 3 pats of margarine. Add milk/egg mixture.
Bake on high for 20 minutes. Stop at 10 mins and pull away from sides -
so mixture will cook evenly.
