Baked macaroni/micro

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Eggs
\N \N Milk to 2 cups (with eggs)
4 ounces Cheddar cheese..grated
4 ounces Mozerello cheese..Optional
1½ cup Elbow macaroni
\N \N Salt & pepper and marg.

Beat eggs in 2 cup measuring cup - add milk to make 2 cups.

In Corning ware dish...layer noodles, grated cheese, salt/pepper and 2 or 3 pats of margarine. Add milk/egg mixture.

Bake on high for 20 minutes. Stop at 10 mins and pull away from sides -

so mixture will cook evenly.
