Baked fruit compote

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Dried apricots
4 Dried prunes
¼ cup Apple juice
¼ cup Apricot nectar
¼ cup Water
2 Apples
2 Pears
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
1 teaspoon Grated lemon peel
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg

Simmer apricots, prunes and liquid in saucepan 6 minutes. Peel, core and cut pears and apples into 1 inch pieces. Add pear, apple and remaining ingredients to saucepan. Cook 12 minutes until tender.
