Yield: 8 Servings
|½ cup||Melted butter|
|½ cup||Cooking wine|
Salt and pepper ducks. Stuff each with ¼ orange, ¼ apple and ¼ onion; place in roasting pan. Combine butter and wine. Pour over ducks. Bake at 350 for 2 to 2-½ hours or until tender, basting every 15 minutes. Serve with wild rice, a vegetable and an orange-flavored congealed salad.
