Baked chicken coating

| ½ | cup | Cornmeal |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dry mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Paprika |
| 1 | tablespoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | tablespoon | Celery salt |
| 1 | tablespoon | Pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger |
| ½ | teaspoon | Tyme |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oragano |
| 1 | Broiler chicken cut up | |
Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pieces of chicken in this mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven 45-60 minutes.
