Baked beans w/ onions

Yield: 100 servings

Measure Ingredient
24 pounds Baked Beans, canned
6 pounds Onions, sliced
4 pounds Olives, stuffed
4 pounds Bacon
2 cups Brown sugar
4 cups Maple syrup

Place beans in greased casseroles. Make a sauce of the maple syrup and brown sugar and pour over beans. Mix well. Cover with onions. Wrap slices of bacon around olives and lay one in center of each casserole. Place in 350 degF oven until bacon is browned and beans are heated; about 40 minutes.
