Baked chicken & rice

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Water
6 cups Chicken bouillon cubes
½ \N Cube
1 cup Rice -- uncooked
1 small Onion -- chopped
½ \N Green
½ cup Celery -- chopped
\N \N Piece chicken
\N \N Butter or margarine
\N \N Pepper -- chopped

Bring water to boil in Dutch oven and then add bouillon cubes. Mix the other ingredients, except chicken, with bouillon and water.

Season the chicken with seasoning salt and lay pieces on top of the rice mixture. Cook 1½ hours at 400 degrees.
