Baked tuna chow mein casserole

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 cup Chopped celery
¼ cup Chopped onion
2 tablespoons Chopped green pepper
1 tablespoon Butter
7 ounces Can tuna
10½ ounce Cream of mushroom soup
1 cup Chow mein noodles
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
⅓ cup Chow mein noodles

1. In a deep, 1½-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in Microwave Oven 30 seconds.

2. Add celery, onion and green pepper to melted butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3. Combine remaining ingredients except ⅓ cup chow mein noodles with vegetablesm Blend well. Top with ⅓ cup of chow mein noodles. Heat in Miicrowave Oven, uncovered, 10 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
