Bagna cauda

| 10 | Garlic;minced;clove | |
| ¼ | cup | Butter |
| ¾ | cup | Cream;whipping |
| 1 | cup | Olive Oil |

Directions
Heat oil in saucepan, add garlic and ¼ cup cream.
Reduce heat to low, cook ½ hour.
Add anchovies, cook 3 minutes.
Add the butter and the rest of the cream, cook 5-8 more minutes, or until slightly thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with sliced raw veggies or french bread.
