Bagel and cream cheese morning mix

Measure Ingredient
3 cups Wheat Chex® Cereal
3 cups Oatmeal CrispTM with Raisins cereal
1 cup Cinnamon-raisin bagel chips; broken into bite-size pieces
½ cup Raisins
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter;* melted
2 tablespoons Packed brown sugar
3 ounces Reduced-fat cream cheese; (Neufchâtel) or 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese

Heat oven to 325°. Mix cereals, bagel chips and raisins in large bowl; set aside. Microwave margarine, brown sugar and cream cheese in 2-cup microwavable measuring cup on High 1 minute; stir to remove lumps. Pour over cereal mixture in bowl, stirring until evenly coated. Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan, 15½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch. Bake 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes. Cool completely. Store in airtight container or plastic food-storage bag. 7 ½ cups snack.

*Do not use spread or tub products.

1 serving (½ cup): 110 calories (35 calories from fat); 4 g fat (1½ g saturated fat); 5 mg cholesterol; 480 mg sodium; 15 g carbohydrate; 3 g protein.
