Beautiful bagel sandwiches

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 Bagels; sliced in half
1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
4 ounces Monterey Jack; sliced
6 ounces Smoked salmon; thinly sliced
2 Kiwifruit; peeled, thinly sliced
¼ cup Dairy sour cream
¼ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Freshly grated horseradish


Prepare Horseradish Sauce by thoroughly mixing all three ingredients.

Spread layer of sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle sprouts on each half, then layer with cheese & salmon. Top each half with kiwifruit slices, arranged in an overlapping ring. If warmed bagels are desired, heat before adding kiwifruit. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
