4 | Bagels; sliced in half |
1 cup | Alfalfa sprouts |
4 ounces | Monterey Jack; sliced |
6 ounces | Smoked salmon; thinly sliced |
2 | Kiwifruit; peeled, thinly sliced |
¼ cup | Dairy sour cream |
¼ cup | Mayonnaise |
¼ cup | Freshly grated horseradish |
HORSERADISH SAUCE
Prepare Horseradish Sauce by thoroughly mixing all three ingredients.
Spread layer of sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle sprouts on each half, then layer with cheese & salmon. Top each half with kiwifruit slices, arranged in an overlapping ring. If warmed bagels are desired, heat before adding kiwifruit. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
