Beautiful bagel sandwiches

4Bagels; sliced in half
1cupAlfalfa sprouts
4ouncesMonterey Jack; sliced
6ouncesSmoked salmon; thinly sliced
2Kiwifruit; peeled, thinly sliced
¼cupDairy sour cream
¼cupMayonnaise
¼cupFreshly grated horseradish

Directions

HORSERADISH SAUCE

Prepare Horseradish Sauce by thoroughly mixing all three ingredients.

Spread layer of sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle sprouts on each half, then layer with cheese & salmon. Top each half with kiwifruit slices, arranged in an overlapping ring. If warmed bagels are desired, heat before adding kiwifruit. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
