Yield: 4 Servings
|4||Bagels; sliced in half|
|1 cup||Alfalfa sprouts|
|4 ounces||Monterey Jack; sliced|
|6 ounces||Smoked salmon; thinly sliced|
|2||Kiwifruit; peeled, thinly sliced|
|¼ cup||Dairy sour cream|
|¼ cup||Freshly grated horseradish|
Prepare Horseradish Sauce by thoroughly mixing all three ingredients.
Spread layer of sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle sprouts on each half, then layer with cheese & salmon. Top each half with kiwifruit slices, arranged in an overlapping ring. If warmed bagels are desired, heat before adding kiwifruit. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
