|½ cup||Shredded low-fat cheese|
|(Danbo or cheddar style)|
|1||Green onion, sliced|
|Pinch each salt and pepper|
Cut bagels in half to make 2 rings. If necessary, trim to make holes about 1 inch round. Spread butter over cut sides; place, cut side up, on well greased rimmed baking sheet. Broil for 2 minutes or until golden.
