Bacon~ lettuce & salsa sandwich

Measure Ingredient

: Mayonnaise

: Salsa

: Washed arugula leaves : Wide slices of toasted good : Italian bread, -- cut on= : bia

: Thinly sliced or grated : White cheddar cheese : Crisp cooked turkey bacon : sl avocado

: Chopped cilantro

In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on toast. Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with avocado and cilantro.
