Bacon, lettuce and salsa sandwich

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
Washed arugula leaves
Wide slices of toasted good Italian bread, cut on bias
Thinly sliced or grated White cheddar cheese
Crisp cooked turkey bacon
Slices of avocado
Chopped cilantro

In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on toast.

Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with avocado and cilantro.
