|Washed arugula leaves|
|Wide slices of toasted good Italian bread, cut on bias|
|Thinly sliced or grated White cheddar cheese|
|Crisp cooked turkey bacon|
|Slices of avocado|
In a mixing bowl combine some mayonnaise with salsa and spread on toast.
Build up a layer of bacon, arugula, cheddar and top with avocado and cilantro.
