2 \N | Dozen lady fingers |
8 ounces | Frozen whipped topping; thawed |
20 ounces | Crushed pineapple; well drained |
21 ounces | Cherry pie filling |
14 ounces | Sweetened condensed milk |
½ cup | Flaked coconut |
½ pint | Whipping cream; whipped |
¼ cup | Confectioner's sugar; sifted |
½ cup | Macadamia nuts; chopped |
TOPPING
Place lady fingers around outside and bottom of spring form pan. Combine all remaining ingredients (except topping ingredients) in a large bowl; mix well. Gently pour on top of lady fingers. Chill overnight.
TOPPING Before serving, whip cream, add confectioner's sugar and spread over top of the dessert. Sprinkle with chopped mac nuts and serve. 12-16 servings
