Avocado and pineapple milkshake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Very Ripe avocado pear
1 pint Semi-skimmed milk
6 ounces Pineapple cubes
½ cup Ice Cubes
\N pinch Salt

Scoop the avocado out of the skin. Discard the stone and put the flesh into a liquidiser or mash it. Add to the milk, ice cubes, ice cubes, crushed pineapple chunks and salt, and process until thoroughly blended in and the whole mixture is nice and frothy. Pour into glasses and serve with a swizzle stick of celery.
