Aussie lentil burgers

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
3cupsCooked red lentils
1cupMashed potatoes
1cupPumpkin; mashed with the potatoes
1cupCarrot; mashed with the potatoes
½cupSesame seeds
½cupAlmonds; ground
¾cupGrated carrot
½cupFirm tofu; mashed
Tamari and pepper to season

Directions

Preheat oven to 200C. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mold into patties and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins. Serve with your favourite garnishes on a bun.
